- Applying a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Management System within all company activities, and continually improving its performance towards Operational Excellence.
- Managing its workplace and activities so as to prevent injury and ill-health and to minimize pollution so far as is reasonably practical.
- Empower employees to intervene whenever they should observe any unsafe act or condition.
- Complying with all applicable customer, governmental, and or legal and other requirements that form the basis of its procedures and technical specifications.
- Using process-based management techniques to design the plans for risk assessments and contingency controls in order to reduce the impact on service delivery.
- Ensuring that all work processes are undertaken by competent personnel, who are properly trained, and encouraging active employee participation, recognizing and rewarding outstanding achievements.
- Improving penetration and increasing market share of services in each geographic region through efficient and effective use of equipment, technology, and employees at all levels.
- Establishing objectives in each business location, monitoring for compliance, and ensuring that Top Management is continually seeking improvement.
- This policy is reviewed for its continuing suitability and is communicated to all employees and interested parties.
